Splitting your IPv6 subnet

Each account can order a free /48 IPv6 block.
This allocation can be split into several /56 blocks.
The /56 blocks can then be split into multiple /64 subnets.

In your account you can create as many /56 as you have servers, and as many /64 as you have failover IPs.

You can split your blocks in the configuration of the network in your account “Server” > “Network configuration”:

Once you are in the network configuration, you'll have to click on the settings icon next to your /48. You will have to click on “Create subnet” then:

You'll have to repeat this for each new subnet.
