Access your temporary storage safe via SFTP

1. Go to the C14 section of your Online console

2. Click on Manage on your safe:

You can now see the list of your archives.

3. Click on the temporary space you want to upload your files to:

You will now see the required access parameters for the SFTP/SSH account of your temporary space:

You can see the following information:

  • Type: The technology used for the access
  • Login: Your identifier
  • Key: The SSH key you have specified for the temporary space
  • Password: The password required to connect to your temporary space
  • URI: The unique access string for your account
  • Port: At the end of the URI, you have the port you should use in your client configuration

If you want to access your temporary space with a SFTP client like Filezilla you have to (1) copy&paste the part after the @ in the URI and (2) use it as hostname in Filezilla

When you connect you may have to validate the SSH fingerprint of your temporary space:

You are now connected to the temporary space and are able to upload your files:
