Priority Technical Support

The BUSINESS option entitles you to priority support by a dedicated team of VIP technicians for advise about planning your infrastructure and technical assistance.
You can contact the priority assistance by ticket and telephone (standard rate number). From Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 23:00 CET, on week ends from 10:00-18:00h CET.

Datacenter Proximity Support

You benefit from a proximity support service, available 24h/24h, to carry out simple tasks as fast as possible. In direct contact with one of our experienced technicians, you just have to point out what actions you want regarding your server.

Access to the Datacenter

Combine the benefits from colocation and dedicated servers with a 24h/24h access to the datacentre that hosts your Dedibox server. You have complete autonomy over handling and fixing your server, including the possibility to plug in USB or removable drives.
