Known Issues

Here you find information related to known bugs and long-term issues. We update this page regularly.

Wrong spam Redirection

We detected some bad e-mail redirections to the spam folder due to an erroneous scoring of proxad which doesn't check the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records of the incoming e-mails correctly.
This causes random and unforeseeable errors.
Our engineers are working on the problem, we will keep you informed on the evolution of the situation over this status. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Update: 05 July 2018
One workaround to this issue is to create filters to redirect the incoming falsely flagged spam back to your inbox.
You may help yourself configure such filters with this guide : e-Mail filter

RPN-V2 issue in DC5-A

We are presently facing a technical issue on our RPN-V2 service in DC5-A, our teams do their best to find a solution as soon as possible.
Our apologies for the problem related to this issue.

Update: Monday, 26 February 2018, 11:29 GMT
We have some issue with the vlan mapping feature, the one that allows you to choose your vlan number for RPN-v2 groups.
If you have connectivity issue on an RPNv2 group, please try to remove any vlan mapping (Reset the vlan number for all the groups of your server), this should fix the issue.
You can also try to use a vlan number outside the default range (so don't use vlan number between 2000 and 2500), it may work in some case.

Update: Wednesday, 07 March 2018, 11:58 GMT
We are still working with our provider to fix the issue or find a workaround.

Update: Tuesday, 10 April 2018, 09:48 GMT
For now, QinQ mode is unusable on some of our switches in DC5-A.
We are still working with the manufacturer in order to get the issue solved as soon as possible.
We are expecting an update from them during May, and will provide more information as soon as we have more to share.
